Beyond the school runs, I'm an athlete, certified CrossFit Judge, Sports Therapist, PT and Strength & Power Coach.

Dedicated to living a life fuelled by sport, wellbeing, and proper nutrition.

I understand the importance of balance and wellbeing.

I'm passionate about providing the tools and knowledge to build physical and mental resilience, fostering confidence, and creating a life of joy.

My Story

I specialize in coaching individuals like you – those who are determined to achieve peak performance without sacrificing their careers, family life, or personal freedom.

I get it. I’m in my mid-40s, I'm juggling a business, raising kids, striving for healthy eating, and still relentlessly chasing performance goals.

I am driven by a lifelong passion for sports & fitness. From school competitions to CrossFit podiums, I've always embraced the challenge!

But, I've also navigated some significant personal health journeys, including significant injuries, teenage weight struggles, postpartum recovery, sepsis, and early menopause due to hysterectomy at the age of 37.

Now, I'm dedicated to empowering others to achieve their best health and fitness, regardless of their circumstances.

With over a decade of experience as a sports therapist, helping athletes build strength and recover from injuries while working with rugby teams, individual athletes, business people, mums and dads, I bring a deep understanding of the body and its capabilities.


And when lockdown hit, I channelled that experience into further education, earning Level 2 and 3 certifications in PT and Fitness, as well as a Level 3 certification in Coaching Strength and Power with British Weightlifting.

So when I say I understand the complexities of training hard, managing weight, and enjoying a fulfilling life, it's not just talk – it's lived experience.
